He is an aspiring boxer who spends all his time dealing with his wacky tenants and their problems. Joey, Mikey's best friend and tenant, gets caught by his girlfriend Lola with porn, he blames it on Mikey.

He is an aspiring boxer who spends all his time dealing with his wacky tenants and their problems. Mikey gets a great opportunity to fight a real contender but not until he rents a vacancy in the building. The owner threatens to fire him if he doesn't get it rented.
